REGISTRATION FEES

Pre-Registration: $50.00 thru June 15
Clinic Registration: $60.00 July 27 thru August 31
Late Registration: $75.00 Sept 1 thru end of present school year

Payment must accompany a registration form. Please contact the OCA office for a registration form. Registration forms are not available online.

REPLACEMENT CARDS

Replacement cards are $5.00 per card. Please mail your payment and indicate if you are replacing a coachs card or the spouse/guest card.
